ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service:
- Ensure front desk is kept organized and staffed at all times
- Educate new spa members on the functionality of services, package prices, and spa benefits
- Oversee all incoming communications and foot traffic in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Responsible for scheduling appointments and answering patron questions
- Oversee spa modality schedule dynamics, timers, and patron liaison logistics
- Execute daily spa walkthroughs and education for patrons
- Set and achieve spa membership goals
Public Relations/Media:
- Analyze member feedback sources to determine improvements in processes and services
- Create Facebook, Instagram, and related platform social media content
- Research ways to advertise more locally – brochures, billboards, newspapers, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to excel in structured training program surrounding spa modalities
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional oral/written communication
- Acute attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, health and wellness or related field
- Previous experience working in customer service
- Experience in media development or public relations
- Knowledge and understanding of spa logistics
