The Aqua Spa currently seeks a Client Relations Manager who will oversee the first interactions our patrons have when entering the spa. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Customer Service:

  • Ensure front desk is kept organized and staffed at all times
  • Educate new spa members on the functionality of services, package prices, and spa benefits
  • Oversee all incoming communications and foot traffic in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Responsible for scheduling appointments and answering patron questions
  • Oversee spa modality schedule dynamics, timers, and patron liaison logistics
  • Execute daily spa walkthroughs and education for patrons
  • Set and achieve spa membership goals

Public Relations/Media:

  • Analyze member feedback sources to determine improvements in processes and services
  • Create Facebook, Instagram, and related platform social media content
  • Research ways to advertise more locally – brochures, billboards, newspapers, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to excel in structured training program surrounding spa modalities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional oral/written communication
  • Acute attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, health and wellness or related field
  • Previous experience working in customer service
  • Experience in media development or public relations
  • Knowledge and understanding of spa logistics
