Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for consistent facility oversight
- Operations of tanks and facilities, and certain management functions as requested by supervisors
- Support monitoring of spaces after guest use
- Complete reports on inventory control, performance reporting, and spa/float maintenance
- Conduct regular/special maintenance of float pods/rooms, chemicals, and other modality spaces
- Ensure functionality of all general equipment and appliances
Required Qualifications:
- Pay Range – $16 to $18 per hour
- High School Diploma
- Ability to excel in structured training program surrounding spa modalities
- Exceptional reading comprehension ability
- Acute attention to detail
- Procedural mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health and wellness, technical, or related field
- Previous spa experience
- Knowledge and understanding of float pods
- Experience working with facility cleaning
- Understanding of vendor relations
