The Aqua Spa currently seeks a part-time Wellness Modality Associate who will manage the first interactions our patrons have when entering the spa. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming spa phone, email, and foot traffic in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Responsible for scheduling appointments and answering patron questions
- Educate all new spa members on the functionality of services, package prices, and spa benefits
- Oversee spa modality schedule dynamics, timers, and patron liaison logistics
- Execute daily spa walkthroughs and education for patrons
- Set and achieve spa membership goals
- Analyzing member feedback sources to determine improvements in processes and services
- Creating Facebook posts/Instagram/social media content
- Research ways to advertise more locally – brochures, billboards, newspapers, etc.
- Ensure front desk is kept organized and staffed at all times
Required Qualifications:
- Pay Range – $17 to $20 per hour
- High School Diploma
- Ability to excel in structured training program surrounding spa modalities
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional oral/written communication
- Acute attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in customer service
- Knowledge and understanding of spa logistics
- Experience working with patrons
- Ability to work nights and weekends
