Cryoskin

  • The treatment is painless, with some clients describing it as rather pleasant. This is due to the massage technique and the session beginning with skin warming followed by a gradual decrease in temperature.

  • There are no side effects for the vast majority. A very small number of clients report muscle soreness after a session similar to after exercising. It does subside within 48 hours.

  • This will depend on how many and which areas you would like to focus on. In general, we recommend a pack of 5 sessions to get you started!

  • Most of us spend up to $150 a month on a gym membership. We spend even more on workout classes and healthy food. In context, given Cryoskin’s results, we feel strongly that cryoskin is a worthwhile investment in yourself.

  • Please fill out and bring in our Cryoskin Consultation form for your appointment.

  • Avoid sugar, foods that contain sugar or carbohydrates that convert into sugar (i.e. fruit, juices, white bread, white rice, pasta, etc.) 2 hours prior to your appointment time.

    Avoid working out or doing anything that increases your body temperature at least ONE hour before your session.

    Within 8 hours prior to your appointment, consume at least 64 ounces of water.

  • Cryoskin eliminates fat cells. However, the fat can be gained back if you don’t maintain a balanced lifestyle. We recommend a maintenance session every 6 months.

  • If desired, you may incorporate detox treatments into your routine such as: infrared sauna, whole body cryotherapy and compression therapy found in our OHCO M.8 Massage Chairs. For best results these treatments should be done 72 hours after your CryoSlimming® session.
