How does the treatment feel?
The treatment is painless, with some clients describing it as rather pleasant. This is due to the massage technique and the session beginning with skin warming followed by a gradual decrease in temperature.
How many sessions will I need?
This will depend on how many and which areas you would like to focus on. In general, we recommend a pack of 5 sessions to get you started!
How do I prepare for my CryoSlimming session?
Avoid sugar, foods that contain sugar or carbohydrates that convert into sugar (i.e. fruit, juices, white bread, white rice, pasta, etc.) 2 hours prior to your appointment time.
Avoid working out or doing anything that increases your body temperature at least ONE hour before your session.
Within 8 hours prior to your appointment, consume at least 64 ounces of water.
Can I incorporate any other modalities in conjunction with Cryoskin?
If desired, you may incorporate detox treatments into your routine such as: infrared sauna, whole body cryotherapy and compression therapy found in our OHCO M.8 Massage Chairs. For best results these treatments should be done 72 hours after your CryoSlimming® session.
