Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique Policies

The 120 E. First Street building is under construction. Our Wellness Ambassadors encourage you to call ahead of time at booking or upon arrival for assistance entering our location safely and comfortably.

Reservations

To ensure your desired appointment, a credit card is required to book your float appointment. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. By scheduling your appointment, you are agreeing to our Cancellation and No Show policies so please review and understand them. Your credit card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no-show. We request that you use a credit card to pay for your session as we are a cash-free facility.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice, you are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.

No Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without giving any notice, your credit card will be charged as follows for float therapy: $92/103, the full 60/90 minute float price. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

Late Arrivals

We understand that some things happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late so we can best accommodate you and the other guests. If you are a return guest arriving past your appointment or a new guest arriving less than 20 minutes prior to your appointment, we may need to offer you a shorter float or reschedule your appointment. This is in order to provide all of our clients the optimal float experience at the Aqua Spa Float Center and Wellness Boutique.

Exchange Policy

All exchanges are taken at the amount originally paid. When a service credit purchase is made at a discounted rate (package price, sale price, limited time offer, one-time discount, ect.) and an exchange is requested, Aqua Spa Float Center’s employees will take the original paid amount of the credit sale and apply that amount toward the new purchase.

For example, if a 60-minute float credit is purchased at 50% off, that float credit is assigned a store value of $42.50 (original price multiplied by 0.5 equals store value). That store value ($42.50) can be applied toward any other service. Exchanged service credits (float therapy, cryotherapy, infrared sauna, salt therapy, massage chair, oxygen bar, PBM | Red Light Therapy) cannot be exchanged for practitioner services (massage therapy, aesthetics and IV modalities).

All discounted credits purchased (including those in packages) are assigned a credit value and can be exchanged for that value. For questions regarding credit value of a specific purchase, please call 315.207.2080.

Refund Policy

All refunds must be requested within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, our processing system is unable to return funds to the credit card used. In that instance, store credit for the refund amount will be issued.

Group Policy

A qualified group is a party of 5 or more guests coming in at the same time for single or multiple services.

Groups must adhere to the following policies:

Full payment must be paid in advance at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking. (Monetary distribution amongst groups is not the responsibility of the Aqua Spa Float Center or its employees.)

A credit card on file will be required along with one specific contact person.

Contact person must notify Aqua Spa Float Center staff of any changes to reservation at least 48 hours in advance including: additional guest or single guest cancellations, health conditions or contraindications of any party members as outlined in the service waivers (sent and booking and 48 hours before the reservation).

Aqua Spa Float Center reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $35 per appointment if not notified of changes to the reservation within the 48 hour window. Cancellations of any or all services within 2 days of the booking will be charged up to 100% of the reservation price.

An automatic gratuity of 20% will be added to the total.

Age Policy

Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique is an 18 and over facility. Guests under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian accompany them in the room during their float therapy, cryotherapy, infrared sauna, salt therapy, oxygen bar or massage chair session. For safety reasons, guests under the age of 15 are not permitted to use Aqua Spas modalities.

  • Have you spoken to your (the minors) physician?
  • Children are not just small adults they are pediatric and still growing/maturing (is your child done growing?)
  • Has the child consented to do the service and are they completely comfortable with the procedure? (what are the reasons for wanting the treatment?)
  • There are no current studies regarding cryotherapy on a pediatric level.
  • Parent must be willing to sign the minors waiver

 


Massage Therapy Policies

All new massage clients must pay a $50 non-refundable deposit at booking. This deposit will be applied to your massage of choice upon arrival. Payments can be made over the phone by calling 315.207.2080 at booking. 

If you miss your appointment without giving any notice, your deposit cannot be refunded. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Deposits can be applied to massage therapy only.


IV Drip Therapy Policies

Reservation / Cancellation Policy

To ensure everyone’s best experience, IV appointments must be book at least 48 hours in advance. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice, you will lose your appointment deposit.

Deposit Policy

All new clients must pay a $50 non-refundable deposit at booking. This deposit will be applied to your infusion of choice upon arrival. Payments can be made over the phone by calling 315.207.2080 at booking.

Payment Policy

By booking an appointment for IV Drip Therapy, you agree to pay the amount for your service as shown at https://aquaspafloatcenter.com/pricing/iv-drip-therapy/. Payment must be made in store at the time of appointment. This service may not be granted if payment is not made. Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique gift certificates and account credits are not valid on IV Drip Therapy and IM Shot services.

No Show Policy

Refunds

In the event that our medical professionals are unable to perform the booked services due to circumstances outside of the patient’s control, your current or previous medical condition, or due to circumstances outside of the medical professional’s control after the insertion of the IV needle, you will receive a refund for the full amount of the services scheduled. No refunds will be made after the completion of the service.

Drugs/Alcohol

If, at the time of your booked service, you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, your treatment will not be performed and you may be charged the full amount of the service.
