“Our wellness sanctuary, as we like to call it, is an escape from the stress of day-to-day life. When you walk in, you can immediately check your worries at the door. Our team encourages you to follow our “tech-free” mantra which is even more of an invitation to relax.”

Whether you’re a newcomer to float therapy or a veteran with 50 floats under your belt, your ambassador is always there for you,” Mahaffey continues.
According to the Aqua Spa Float Center, Wellness Ambassadors are responsible for many tasks in enhancing the customer experience – they can help you book a spa day for your best friend’s birthday, provide you with an orientation for a new service you’ve never experienced and answer questions you have before they leave you to enjoy your service (there are no absurd questions! Ask away!). Even little things like stowing shoes or making you a cup of tea in the Whisper Room.
