What is the CNY Women’s Walking Club?
Now entering its third season, the CNY Women’s Walking Club brings women together every Sunday morning for a scenic 3-mile walk, rotating between Camillus, Fayetteville, and Liverpool, NY. Each walk begins with an optional pre-walk coffee meetup at Freedom of Espresso—a perfect way to connect before hitting the trail.

Launching June 1st and continuing through October, the brand-new Hike Series features a monthly group hike at stunning outdoor destinations across Central New York—including Watkins Glen, Green Lakes, and more.
These hikes are slower-paced and focused on connection, scenic beauty, and the rejuvenating effects of time spent in nature—values we live by at Aqua Spa.
