My second time back and it has never been a disappointment.
My first visit I did a 60 minute couples float with my boyfriend and the oxygen bar. The staff is very friendly and walked me through the whole process. I felt new and rejuvenated after the first visit. The float tank really helped ease my stress levels, lower my anxiety, and erased my aches & pains.
Today I did quite a bit more, first I did a solo 60 minute float, dried off and relaxed in the quiet room before my cryotherapy session which was not nearly what I was expecting. The awesome staff once again walked this newbie through A-Z with the machine. I felt like a new human after my session was over. It’s unbelievable.
I then got to experience the salt therapy, which I was most excited to try. In 2020 I had contracted covid-19, overall I am a very healthy mid 20s girl, but I do have asthma, have had pneumonia three times, and bronchitis is pretty much an every year thing for me, during my recovery from covid my lungs still aren’t 100% and as you can see my respiratory system isn’t the greatest. During my treatment I did not feel winded or find it difficult to breathe (like some of the breathing treatments make me feel), I was relaxed in a laying back position and enjoyed the peace & quiet (you will hear a fan but it’s not loud by any means) and I drifted off. When I had woken up and left my session I can say I did notice a difference, for the first time since 2020 my lungs felt like I could take a deep breath and fill them up (anyone who suffers from respiratory problems knows exactly what I’m saying). So I am excited to definitely do this again!
Lastly I ended my relaxing day with a 30 minute sauna session, I prefer “the warmer the better” so I have no issues with absorbing the warmth.
I am so glad I took this day to give myself the self care I needed. I absolutely love going to this facility. It is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff is beyond accommodating to all your needs and I feel 100% comfortable. If you have never been, I highly recommend you try at least one service like I did, and you will be back! Keep up the good work aqua spa and staff!
It was my first time there I did the float tank. It was very relaxing and peaceful and very nice. I will definitely go back again.
This place is amazing. I’ve never had the best experience in my life. The float is amazing and feels like you’re in space with no gravity. They make you feel so comfortable and explain everything so well, very clean, and nice. The salts spa area helps you breathe better and helps with allergies and stuffiness.
After floating and cryotherapy I was able to perform substantially better than I expected and actually pulled off a win in my first fundraiser race. Thanks so much for the rejuvenation! This spa is really special!
I have been there twice now. I have been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis. I have been having a flare up. No more massages for me! An hour there lasts as long as a week with pain control. Love this place!!! If you haven’t checked it out you need to. Awesome staff and awesome experience. So relaxing. Float on folks!

I floated for the first time yesterday. I am a busy, active personality and I have a hard time settling down. I wasn’t sure if I could relax for a whole 60 minutes. I am glad I tried it now, because it was a magical and calming experience from the minute I walked in the door (very nervous) and was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, until I left feeling soothed and pampered. The wellness ambassadors explained everything each step of the way until I felt comfortable. And the float suite was private, gorgeous and relaxing. I will definitely be back to float again. A very positive experience.
Amazing space… amazing owners with a true vision of helping people! Floating truly made the stress of life escape! I look forward to returning to spend a full day there!
I have NEVER felt more refreshed than after the float, I’m coming back….soon.
On this journey of getting physically fit I’ve found that for me my mental journey is just as important! Floating does so much for me not only physically but mentally too! Each float for me is different but each float gives me so much relief both physically and mentally, my last float I fell into such a deep sleep I woke myself up snoring!

10/10. I recommend the Aqua Spa! I spent Mothers Day doing the ultimate package, staff was so friendly and every part was amazing. The float was by far my favorite tonight. I will be back with my husband and sisters. Truly the best spa I have ever been to. You get so much for your money as well.
I had an amazing experience this evening at the Aqua Spa. I was in town to visit a friend and she highly recommended the Aqua Spa.
Everyone was wonderful and so eager to help and accommodate me. I have mobility issues and didn’t think I would be able to float, so I planned to try the massage chairs and the oxygen bar. My friend was going to float so Terry took me back with her to check out the orb which he thought I might possibly be able to get into. He moved the bench over so I could slide in. I used the massage chair first which was so relaxing. Next was the orb to float. Everyone went above and beyond to help me and it was heavenly. Tammy (one of the owners) was so happy to accommodate me and was truly excited that I could take the journey and wanted me to have the amazing experience I did have. I finished with the oxygen bar, something I had never seen or heard of before my friend shared her and her husband’s experience. It was incredible, I felt rejuvenated. Tammy even made me some tea to take with me as we were leaving.
I can’t say enough how everyone (I wish I could remember all the names) was so willing to do whatever they could to help me be able to do everything I wanted to despite my limited mobility.
I highly recommend you go to the Aqua Spa and try it all. I can’t wait to go back.

I Just LOVED my experience from start to finish! I had a fantastic day in the massage chair, the float room, and the salt therapy room! Just what I needed to give me some much needed quiet relaxation! Terry and Tammy, you sure outdid yourselves! The whole place is gorgeous and a new fabulous reason for people to come to Oswego! I can’t say enough about Aqua Spa! It was a fantastic experience doing the 60 minute float and the staff was so great. They are very attentive and will answer any questions you may have. The building itself is just gorgeous and relaxing. I give the whole experience 5 stars!
I love floating! It’s incredibly relaxing and really takes you ‘away’ from all your stress. I really can’t explain it. Maybe it’s just something you have to experience yourself. Just remember to relax – the floating is automatic- just ‘let go’.
Ukiyo. The name of my float suite this afternoon. Rebirth. An ‘R’ word U was given while I was floating in my water womb this afternoon. I did not see this until I was leaving my sanctuary. Floating is always a sacred, healing experience for me. It even does wonders for my hair.

I was so relaxed after I came home and was doing some restorative yoga and during that there was so many vivid colors I was seeing and visions it was the most amazing experience. I’m assuming it was the float experience that got things moving around but I was like WOW I want to go back and do that and yoga after again. I was so relax and present for 2 days and I just went with the flow of whatever happens happens! It was amazing! Not sure if this is a common experience or not.
What an experience I had at this amazing place last night. Nothing like I have ever experienced in my life. The floating was so relaxing. The facility is beautiful and spotless. My girlfriend and I LOVED our day spent at the Aqua Spa! We got the couples package and left feeling well rested and clean. The couples float was our favorite part – it’s definitely something you need to try at least once! The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the spa was clean and welcoming.
I wholeheartedly and energetically recommend Aqua Spa! This gorgeous facility is hip, aesthetically pleasing and immaculately clean; just walking through the space is a pleasurable experience in and of itself. The staff are friendly, expertly knowledgeable and on top of their game in all facets of instruction and operation. My better half and I had our first experience there recently and it was nothing short of amazing! We opted to try a couples Float Therapy session and a couples Infrared Sauna session. Both experiences exceeded our expectations! Float Therapy was new for both of us and we were pleasantly surprised by the immediate benefits we observed both during and after the session. I’m very proud that our small city can boast a health & wellness spa facility of this quality that offers cutting edge treatments! Beautifully done, Aqua Spa! We’ll be seeing you again soon.
If you ever come to Oswego, NY the one spot that is a must visit is Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique. My hubby and I have been floating once a month since their opening in November 2020. BEST. THING. EVER!!! Before my first float, I had recurring neck and shoulder pain. Job/stress related I’m sure. November 18, 2020 changed my life y’all. Hubby and I did a 90 minute couples float and I have not had the neck or shoulder pain since! With every float my body feels more and more amazing. If you choose one new thing to try in 2021 do yourself a favor and float. You won’t be sorry!

My husband and I have been twice now to float, and again, can’t wait to go back. The relaxation and peaceful feeling you experience not only floating, but after, in the quiet room, is indescribable. The staff is amazing. They are willing to answer any questions you have, they are super knowledgeable about all the services they have to offer and about the entire process. There is never a feeling of pressure or “this is supposed to feel this way” it is truly all about your individual experience. I’m so grateful we found Aqua Spa. We really can’t say enough about them.
This place is absolutely AMAZING. The staff was so polite and helpful. I struggle with anxiety so before going I had been a little nervous but you feel so welcomed as soon as you walk through the door! This place is SO clean and well kept. My boyfriend and I did a couples float and it was unlike anything we’ve experienced, soooo relaxing. We left feeling brand new. I cannot wait to go back to try some of their other services!!!! I floated at other places and Aqua Spa brings float therapy to a whole new level. My body was so relaxed and my mind was calm post float. This was the coolest and most relaxing experience we’ve ever had! Joe was SO skeptical going into it, and the first words out of his mouth were, “I’ll do that anytime you want to go,” when he stepped out. We both will be going back ASAP.

Everything at Aqua Spa is tailored to perfection! I’ve been so blessed to have been able to try the float, salt and sauna therapies, all of which left me feeling shiny and brand new. Likewise, the environment that Tammy & her team have created and maintain is that of unambiguous bliss! From the colors and materials of everything around you, to the beautiful smells and groundbreaking technologies – not a detail has been spared in this copious slice of heaven. Prepare to enter and never want to leave, especially if you’re floating for the very first time! It is life changing, to say the least!

I want to start off saying that today was my first time in your building and it was an amazing experience. This was my first float ever. All staff members were on top of things and made the experience that much more enjoyable. The owners, they made it all come alive. Taking their time and sitting with me and just talking about things and getting feedback. So, thank you very much to you all for today. A mom of 3 girls and a demanding job, this is what I really needed.

I cannot say enough great things about the experience I shared today with Karen! We began our 19th wedding anniversary celebration with our first ever float treatments. The float ambassadors that helped us were knowledgeable and compassionate, and they helped guide us every step of the way. This was a completely new experience for both of us and at no time did we feel lost, or not know what our next step was.
The Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique is so peacefully designed and laid out, and the process that we were brought through was obviously well thought out and intentional. Everything was perfect! We can’t wait to come back for our next experience!!
First time floater – highly recommend: Meditation has been a regular part of my life for that past five years. The float tank brings a whole new dimension of experience. In addition to a mental stillness that is difficult to come by, there is a physical impact brought on by the weightless suspension. I emerged from the tank with a relaxed alertness that had me effortlessly attending to the present moment. I am grateful to have this resource in our community. I will be back.

That was an absolutely incredible first float experience. It’s hard to describe the silence and calm, but it felt like everything literally slowed down. My entire mind and body just took a break. The sensation of floating on top of 11″ of water was surreal and it took complete control. It felt so energizing afterwards but then let me sleep an entire evening for the first time in forever. What a ‘Guilty Pleasure’ this place is going to be for me !! I was given the opportunity tonight to try my first ‘float’ experience and let’s just say it most definitely won’t be my last…it was awesome!! Thanks to everyone there for their hospitality.
I had a 60min float for the 1st time tonight, and although it is a learning experience and takes a couple times to get comfortable and used to actually floating, the after affects are amazing! I feel very light on my feet, clear minded, am breathing better and just feel completely at ease and relaxed, special credit to my sister and the whole staff for making it comfortable and relaxing, this place is going to go far and the people who spend time here are going to feel much better and healthier as a result, oh and don’t knock it after the 1st experience, it takes a couple sessions to get the full affect and is worth the time!! Definitely will be making regular sessions.
What an experience! First time floating last night and I will definitely be back. I was so impressed with the way they have transformed this space – the state of the art equipment, the attentive staff, the incredible filtration process, it was all incredible. Not to mention the way you feel when you step out of the float center. Highly highly recommend!
Just wanted to comment on my experience floating yesterday. It was amazing but I wasn’t surprised as I have known the owners, Tammy and Terry for years. Aqua Spa is a real reflection of them. It’s cool, hip, warm and friendly. My experience was extremely relaxing. I slept like a baby after. How lucky Oswego is to have a sanctuary like this in the middle of their city. Aqua Spa will become a destination. Truly awesome.
I was a lucky girl and got to experience an hour of pure Zen tonight! I have never floated before and the experience was unlike anything I have tried. Brain off, body weightless, pure delicious relaxation! You MUST check out the Aqua Spa. The space is gorgeous and the staff and owners are super friendly and professional. I recently had the privilege to try floating at the Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique. My body loved it and was incredibly relaxed in the zero-gravity experience, my brain however was a little slower to catch on but eventually, I was able to calm my mind. After, I felt better than I have in an awfully long time, aches and pains were gone. I look forward to floating again soon!
