My weekly Sunday visit – it’s the best place to go to unwind! Sunday is chair message day to unwind after working all week! I highly recommend for everyone!
My second time back and it has never been a disappointment.
My first visit I did a 60 minute couples float with my boyfriend and the oxygen bar. The staff is very friendly and walked me through the whole process. I felt new and rejuvenated after the first visit. The float tank really helped ease my stress levels, lower my anxiety, and erased my aches & pains.
Today I did quite a bit more, first I did a solo 60 minute float, dried off and relaxed in the quiet room before my cryotherapy session which was not nearly what I was expecting. The awesome staff once again walked this newbie through A-Z with the machine. I felt like a new human after my session was over. It’s unbelievable.
I then got to experience the salt therapy, which I was most excited to try. In 2020 I had contracted covid-19, overall I am a very healthy mid 20s girl, but I do have asthma, have had pneumonia three times, and bronchitis is pretty much an every year thing for me, during my recovery from covid my lungs still aren’t 100% and as you can see my respiratory system isn’t the greatest. During my treatment I did not feel winded or find it difficult to breathe (like some of the breathing treatments make me feel), I was relaxed in a laying back position and enjoyed the peace & quiet (you will hear a fan but it’s not loud by any means) and I drifted off. When I had woken up and left my session I can say I did notice a difference, for the first time since 2020 my lungs felt like I could take a deep breath and fill them up (anyone who suffers from respiratory problems knows exactly what I’m saying). So I am excited to definitely do this again!
Lastly I ended my relaxing day with a 30 minute sauna session, I prefer “the warmer the better” so I have no issues with absorbing the warmth.
I am so glad I took this day to give myself the self care I needed. I absolutely love going to this facility. It is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff is beyond accommodating to all your needs and I feel 100% comfortable. If you have never been, I highly recommend you try at least one service like I did, and you will be back! Keep up the good work aqua spa and staff!

My husband and I did the couples float yesterday for our 30th Anniversary! We ABSOLUTELY loved it! We both felt so relaxed during and especially after! We both have arthritis and noticed remarkable differences in how we felt and that feeling has carried over into today! Everyone was friendly and explained everything to us very well! We will definitely be returning and highly recommend them! We also plan to check out the other services they have there! We spoke with Tammy and Terry and they are VERY welcoming and have much knowledge and helpful information to share! Their staff is also exceptional and very nice, too! This place is amazing. I’ve never had the best experience in my life. The float is amazing and feels like you’re in space with no gravity. They make you feel so comfortable and explain everything so well, very clean, and nice. The salts spa area helps you breathe better and helps with allergies and stuffiness.

I have been there twice now. I have been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis. I have been having a flare up. No more massages for me! An hour there lasts as long as a week with pain control. Love this place!!! If you haven’t checked it out you need to. Awesome staff and awesome experience. So relaxing. Float on folks!

I took my best friend to the Aqua Spa for her birthday, a little relaxation for a single mom of a 2 year old boy. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. As we were getting ready to go back and get in our floats, the owner came up and introduced herself to us and asked about us and if we had been there before. She shared her tips for getting the most out of our time there, and gave us a massage chair and oxygen bar session to help celebrate my best friend’s birthday. This was my 3rd time at the Aqua Spa and I will certainly be back!! Wonderful service, genuine care for customers.
My husband bought us the couples package to try everything. It was absolutely incredible, from the ambience to our knowledgeable and helpful wellness ambassador, to all of the relaxing services. I floated for the first time yesterday. I am a busy, active personality and I have a hard time settling down. I wasn’t sure if I could relax for a whole 60 minutes. I am glad I tried it now, because it was a magical and calming experience from the minute I walked in the door (very nervous) and was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, until I left feeling soothed and pampered. The wellness ambassadors explained everything each step of the way until I felt comfortable. And the float suite was private, gorgeous and relaxing. I will definitely be back to float again. A very positive experience.
My first experience at Aqua Spa Float Center & it was nothing short of amazing! I did the infrared sauna, salt float, massage chair and oxygen bar. It was truly an incredibly relaxing experience from start to finish. My ambassador Andrew explained everything and was very attentive. Even a day after I am still relaxed both in body and mind. Highly recommend! And will return!
I am beyond pleased with my experience here. I’ve never been to any type of spa. My friends and I went in for a whole morning. I brought my service dog and they were SO accommodating. They made sure we were both comfortable. I didn’t feel like a bother, or uncomfortable. They went above and beyond for all of us, but especially for me and Peach. Thank you so much to all the staff for exceeding my expectations and making us feel so comfortable!

Last weekend my spouse and I got to participate in the ultimate couples spa package from Aqua Spa and let me tell you it did not disappoint!!! Omg the atmosphere was so amazing, the vibes were chill, and the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we walked in. Jenny, who was our guide for the experience, was so friendly and sweet. Honestly, there isn’t a service that I wouldn’t recommend there! The chromotherapy infrared sauna was so nice and the float session was so relaxing! Then we went into these amazing massage chairs that massage everything including your arms, hands, calves, and feet! The salt rock room was more than I expected, they gave us a free beverage and we laid down relaxing in the salt room and it actually pumps out aerosol Himalayan salt into the air and you can see it in the air and it helps with asthma, allergies, and more! Afterwards we tried cryotherapy and I loved it! It got down to -130° and the max time you can go in is go in is 3 minutes and afterwards I felt so light and my inflammation was gone it was so cool (no pun intended ). We wrapped up our stay at the oxygen bar which was nice and aromatic, and then spent some time in their gorgeous whisper room while we enjoyed tea by the fireplace and just took in the experience. On the way out staff snapped these fun pictures of us. 1000/10 would definitely recommend!!

Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique “reflection”:
I have been “plagued” for a few weeks now with at times a very painful shoulder issue. You see, I sleep so soundly that often I don’t move and wake up with pain from laying in the same position for so long. (Image that, a midlife woman who sleeps so soundly that she doesn’t move.. hmmm yes, my own wellness practices and programs work on me #practicewhatyoupreach ) One of my favorite positions is on my side, arms around my pillow. THIS is the one that put my shoulder out of whack (medical term, look it up).
Corn bag, hot shower, massage, Biofreeze, shoulder mobility work, Ibuprofen, no weightlifting–all just gave temporary relief. Sort of.
TODAY–TODAY did the trick! I started at the Oxygen Bar somewhat by chance, then, as planned, headed on to Cryotherapy, then a massage chair (not scheduled but a welcome addition to my day) and finished in the Infrared Sauna.
Upon exiting my Cryo session, I immediately noticed relief in my shoulder. By the time I left the spa I felt like I had a new shoulder.
I am a little afraid to go to bed for fear I might make it hurt again sleeping, but at least I know how to get some quick relief!
This is definitely a new segment of my self-care regimen and it should be part of yours, too.

Ladies! I can say “I woke up like this” today thanks to Andie at Aqua Spa! Yesterday I had the honor of receiving a new Microneedling treatment that will be offered to the public very soon at Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique! I had dots of concealer all over thanks to my face being broken out like a middle school aged girl. Between the cleanser and other products she used and the microneedling treatment I woke up today with not one blemish left on my face, along with extremely smooth silky soft skin. Thank you so much Aqua Spa & Andie for this experience and bringing these amazing aesthetic procedures right here to our city!

Had a relaxing afternoon at the Aqua Spa. I did a one hour float, then 30 minutes in the massage chair followed by the oxygen bar. You should definitely come check it out if you have sore muscles, need some relaxation, and quiet time.
After a massage chair and cryotherapy session – my back pain is gone!

On this journey of getting physically fit I’ve found that for me my mental journey is just as important! Floating does so much for me not only physically but mentally too! Each float for me is different but each float gives me so much relief both physically and mentally, my last float I fell into such a deep sleep I woke myself up snoring!

I went to Aqua Spa Float Center today and it was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. I am in town visiting from Los Angeles and this spa was better than anything I have ever gone to even out West. I did the infrared sauna and the massage chair.

I had an amazing experience this evening at the Aqua Spa. I was in town to visit a friend and she highly recommended the Aqua Spa.
Everyone was wonderful and so eager to help and accommodate me. I have mobility issues and didn’t think I would be able to float, so I planned to try the massage chairs and the oxygen bar. My friend was going to float so Terry took me back with her to check out the orb which he thought I might possibly be able to get into. He moved the bench over so I could slide in. I used the massage chair first which was so relaxing. Next was the orb to float. Everyone went above and beyond to help me and it was heavenly. Tammy (one of the owners) was so happy to accommodate me and was truly excited that I could take the journey and wanted me to have the amazing experience I did have. I finished with the oxygen bar, something I had never seen or heard of before my friend shared her and her husband’s experience. It was incredible, I felt rejuvenated. Tammy even made me some tea to take with me as we were leaving.
I can’t say enough how everyone (I wish I could remember all the names) was so willing to do whatever they could to help me be able to do everything I wanted to despite my limited mobility.
I highly recommend you go to the Aqua Spa and try it all. I can’t wait to go back.

I tried the sauna last week and the cryotherapy this week. It was an amazing experience both times. Very warm and welcoming environment. Very calm and relaxing when walking in along with safe and sanitary conditions because of covid. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very nervous for the cryo and the gentleman who works there talked me through it the whole way and made me feel comfortable, and reassured and made it a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend coming here, you won’t be disappointed.
Having a local spa with such diverse services is an asset to the local community. I had a great experience with cryotherapy and will be coming back. Also the whisper room after your session is a great place to relax.

So yesterday I got chilly. I finally went and visited the Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique and I LOVED IT! I decided to try the cryotherapy and what a “cool” experience. The temperatures got down to about -165 and it only lasts a couple minutes. I stepped out and my whole body felt tingly. After, I enjoyed the quiet room for a bit and was sooo relaxed. I was told I would get a burst of energy later on and that was 100% true. I felt energized last night and then slept like a baby. What a beautiful place, and everyone there was fantastic! How lucky is Oswego to have such an amazing place like this! I will be back to try float therapy next.
If you are looking to give yourself a gift of peace, this is your place to do it. A beautiful facility with extra special friendly staff. Then to reset in the whisper room before you enter the outside world. I can’t wait to try some of the other services. I look forward to visiting again soon.
This place is incredible. Everything is so well done, they guide you through the whole experience, encouraging ultimate relaxation. This is one of my absolute favorite places I’ve ever been.
My friend and I went together. What a wonderful experience it was. We not only had a fun time in the float pool, we had a lot of laughs. Such things weren’t around when we were younger. When we left we were refreshed in two ways both mentally and physically. I have fibromyalgia and she has bad arthritis. We both felt better after and Can’t wait to go again.
I can’t say enough about Aqua Spa! It was a fantastic experience doing the 60 minute float and the staff was so great. They are very attentive and will answer any questions you may have. The building itself is just gorgeous and relaxing. I give the whole experience 5 stars!

I love floating! It’s incredibly relaxing and really takes you ‘away’ from all your stress. I really can’t explain it. Maybe it’s just something you have to experience yourself. Just remember to relax – the floating is automatic- just ‘let go’.
LOVED my facial….The cryofacial exceeded my expectations. The facial is not your ‘typical’ service, this is a relaxing, cooling and soothing service. It is simply….an hour of bliss that left my skin smooth, glowing and refreshed. Andie’s gentle touch and soothing technique only enhances this unique facial experience. Very much looking forward to my visit. Can’t wait to visit the spa and your amazing ambassadors again soon.
Went for the Ultimate Package on Sunday and it was amazing. Highly advise trying it. For years I have only slept 6 hours max on average. After this I slept over 9 hours!
Ukiyo. The name of my float suite this afternoon. Rebirth. An ‘R’ word U was given while I was floating in my water womb this afternoon. I did not see this until I was leaving my sanctuary. Floating is always a sacred, healing experience for me. It even does wonders for my hair.

We got to take a tour of the building to see everything that you can do there, next on our list will definitely be the couples float! There’s so much to take in but the staff does a wonderful job of explaining everything. If you haven’t ever been here, I highly recommend trying it!
I was so relaxed after I came home and was doing some restorative yoga and during that there was so many vivid colors I was seeing and visions it was the most amazing experience. I’m assuming it was the float experience that got things moving around but I was like WOW I want to go back and do that and yoga after again. I was so relax and present for 2 days and I just went with the flow of whatever happens happens! It was amazing! Not sure if this is a common experience or not.
I dropped by to check it out yesterday morning. So impressive! Katie was so sweet and gave us the info and then introduced us to Andrew who gave us a tour. Both of them were wonderful, very knowledgeable and so personable. The atmosphere was so serene and beautiful. So well done! I can’t wait to try one (or all!) of the services.
Spencer and I just had the best experience at Aqua Spa in Oswego and we truly were blown away not only by how wonderful the whole staff was but the whole experience was perfect!!!! My girlfriend and I LOVED our day spent at the Aqua Spa! We got the couples package and left feeling well rested and clean. The couples float was our favorite part – it’s definitely something you need to try at least once! The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the spa was clean and welcoming.

Awesomeness personified here folks: I was over the moon when I learned there was a spa that was open locally and had available infrared sauna sessions. So after giving them a ring and setting up an appointment that was easy peasy, I got in there the same day. The facilities are immaculate and look akin to some beneath the earth science fiction movie. It’s truly a rad environment that makes you feel comfortable and provides escapism from the real world.
As for the infrared sauna setup it’s within its own room so you have complete privacy and solitude during your session. Everything looks and is state of the art. Once you finish the session there’s a freshly cleaned towel along with a cold wipe laced with lavender (I believe it had a hint of lavender anyway) at your disposal. Nevertheless, I will be back and intend to be a regular! It’s great the community has a place like this available. Nuff said!
For Christmas, my team bought me a gift certificate to the Aqua Spa. I finally got to use it tonight and all I have to say is “bravo!!” The customer service was fabulous and the experience was invigorating. Most importantly, that place is SPOTLESS!! What an amazing job the staff does cleaning the spa. I cannot say enough. Well done Tammy and Terry.

We weren’t a fan of the float but it’s not for everyone and works differently for everyone! The oxygen bar was great and the infrared sauna left us feeling super refreshed afterwards. Great staff, so kind and helpful. Will definitely be back!
I wholeheartedly and energetically recommend Aqua Spa! This gorgeous facility is hip, aesthetically pleasing and immaculately clean; just walking through the space is a pleasurable experience in and of itself. The staff are friendly, expertly knowledgeable and on top of their game in all facets of instruction and operation. My better half and I had our first experience there recently and it was nothing short of amazing! We opted to try a couples Float Therapy session and a couples Infrared Sauna session. Both experiences exceeded our expectations! Float Therapy was new for both of us and we were pleasantly surprised by the immediate benefits we observed both during and after the session. I’m very proud that our small city can boast a health & wellness spa facility of this quality that offers cutting edge treatments! Beautifully done, Aqua Spa! We’ll be seeing you again soon.
Another awesome experience at the Aqua Spa today!! Bill and I did the couples sauna (I LOVE the sauna!) and they got him into the massage chair (he was skeptical because he’s so ticklish!) and he loved it!! I can’t wait to try everything!!! Great way to wrap up an amazing birthday.
If you ever come to Oswego, NY the one spot that is a must visit is Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique. My hubby and I have been floating once a month since their opening in November 2020. BEST. THING. EVER!!! Before my first float, I had recurring neck and shoulder pain. Job/stress related I’m sure. November 18, 2020 changed my life y’all. Hubby and I did a 90 minute couples float and I have not had the neck or shoulder pain since! With every float my body feels more and more amazing. If you choose one new thing to try in 2021 do yourself a favor and float. You won’t be sorry!

My husband and I have been twice now to float, and again, can’t wait to go back. The relaxation and peaceful feeling you experience not only floating, but after, in the quiet room, is indescribable. The staff is amazing. They are willing to answer any questions you have, they are super knowledgeable about all the services they have to offer and about the entire process. There is never a feeling of pressure or “this is supposed to feel this way” it is truly all about your individual experience. I’m so grateful we found Aqua Spa. We really can’t say enough about them.
This place is absolutely AMAZING. The staff was so polite and helpful. I struggle with anxiety so before going I had been a little nervous but you feel so welcomed as soon as you walk through the door! This place is SO clean and well kept. My boyfriend and I did a couples float and it was unlike anything we’ve experienced, soooo relaxing. We left feeling brand new. I cannot wait to go back to try some of their other services!!!! Absolutely amazing.

I did a couples float on January 2. This business is awesome, from the moment you walk in the door you are treated with respect and the employees are ready to dote on you so you will have the best experience. They offer so much and I would recommend any of their services.
This was the coolest and most relaxing experience we’ve ever had! Joe was SO skeptical going into it, and the first words out of his mouth were, “I’ll do that anytime you want to go,” when he stepped out. We both will be going back ASAP.

I have Fibromyalgia and the float was so relaxing and peaceful. Loved it! Nice having the primp room to dry my hair, etc. The quiet room was an excellent addition to the experience. Had some water and sat by the fire in a very cool hanging chair. Looking forward to my sauna and salt therapy session next week.

I’m not really a spa kinda guy (or so I thought), I was only going for a 30 minute salt therapy but I wound up staying forever. Didn’t want to leave, honestly, they would’ve let me stay as long as I wanted. I can’t say enough about what a special place this is.
I had the opportunity to do a couple’s float with my wife (our second is coming up), did the cryotherapy today, and got to try a massage chair… can’t wait to try the salt room soon!

I had my first float yesterday. The staff was amazing from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted and feel at ease. I was not sure what to expect, but it was an amazing experience, so relaxing. I will be going back, not only for the float, but to try other services they have. I highly recommend trying it out.
I knew going in that this experience would be amazing, but little did I know how life changing it would be on both a cellular and soul level. Upon entering the Aqua Spa, I was greeted warmly by the kindest wellness ambassadors and thoughtfully cared for my entire stay. They all made me feel so special and important! I booked my very first float experience in Ananda, and was kindly guided on what to do and expect through the process. The float suites are STUNNING. The entire premises felt zen-like and comfortable, yet luxurious. I can’t tell you exactly how the float experience was for me, as it is a journey everyone should experience for themselves! However, I will say, that I have never experienced anything like it in my entire life. Three words I would use to describe my float is rejuvenating, enlightening, and peaceful. Any stress or anxiety I had been feeling had melted away, and it’s true when they say you won’t be able to tell where the water stops and your body begins. The twinkle lights on the ceiling of the float tank made my heart flutter – I live for calming ambiance! I did at one point turn off all of the lights and sounds and had a sensory free experience, I was a little afraid in the dark at first but quickly adjusted and owned it! After my float experience ended and I came back to civilization, I enjoyed a beautiful cup of tea in the whisper room which was gorgeously decorated and so peaceful. The attention to detail in this place was just spectacular, everything was perfectly spaced and placed. I enjoyed the oxygen bar which was something I didn’t even know existed until this spa came to Oswego! I got to breathe in some beautiful essential oils and get an oxygen fix which provided me with a plethora of energy and positive vibes to carry me through the weekend! I also had the pleasure of speaking one on one with the owners who were such beautiful people with inspiring stories. I am overwhelmed with gratitude thinking back on my experience and cannot wait to try all of the other treatments that are available! Thank you to everyone who made my first trip to the Aqua Spa such a beautiful and memorable one!
I want to start off saying that today was my first time in your building and it was an amazing experience. This was my first float ever. All staff members were on top of things and made the experience that much more enjoyable. The owners, they made it all come alive. Taking their time and sitting with me and just talking about things and getting feedback. So, thank you very much to you all for today. A mom of 3 girls and a demanding job, this is what I really needed.
Wow! From the moment you walk in you feel like a queen and celebrity! I immediately felt calmer and happier! The staff was absolutely incredible, and really took the time to explain everything in depth. My worries and cares floated away. I will definitely be back and highly recommend for anyone needing a mental or physical break, or both. Incredible!

Went to the new Aqua Spa and did a 45 minute chair massage. You can’t beat a real massage but Shanley (Aqua Spa’s Licensed Massage Therapist) was booked today. These chairs were amazing! My sister and I went and it was more than I expected. Saw someone that had floated and they said their experience was life-changing! So in a time when we could all use a little relaxation and pampering, check out the Aqua Spa.
My float session was relaxing and rejuvenating allowing stress and tensions to soak away in warm solitude. I highly recommend the float experience.
I cannot say enough great things about the experience I shared today with Karen! We began our 19th wedding anniversary celebration with our first ever float treatments. The float ambassadors that helped us were knowledgeable and compassionate, and they helped guide us every step of the way. This was a completely new experience for both of us and at no time did we feel lost, or not know what our next step was.

First time floater – highly recommend: Meditation has been a regular part of my life for that past five years. The float tank brings a whole new dimension of experience. In addition to a mental stillness that is difficult to come by, there is a physical impact brought on by the weightless suspension. I emerged from the tank with a relaxed alertness that had me effortlessly attending to the present moment. I am grateful to have this resource in our community. I will be back.

It was one of the most peaceful experiences I’ve had. I have not felt that present in a very long time. Both Ed and I slept great… which doesn’t happen often for me. I did wake up with my normal pain and a pretty intense headache. However, Ed felt great! It was his first day back to work after vacation… and he is having a great pain-free day. And he wants to float again…. this makes me happy. I am thinking, for me, it may take multiple floats to get some relief from my pain. I purchased a membership today and am excited for this new journey! I cannot thank you enough for bringing this to Oswego. You both should be so proud. Your hard work, perseverance and love for others is about to shine! Oswego is surrounded by water…. it only seems fitting for our city to have a full service Aqua Spa! Thank you! Thank you!
Had the most amazing experience last night at the Aqua Spa. What an incredible place. The float experience was a level of relaxing that I cannot really describe in words. 60 minutes of gravity-free bliss. No body aches, no racing mind, just simply being still. It was divine. You should absolutely try it. Thank you Tammy Wilkinson for opening up the place for us, and being such a gracious host. It is amazing that we have this right in Oswego!
I had the most amazing experience. What a beautiful spa. The staff is so knowledgeable and pleasant. The owners are just PERFECTION. The fine details are simply astonshing. I did my very first float last night. It was about 10 mins into the float I started to get emotional. I felt a Relief of pain from my body that I haven’t felt since 2002. It’s hard to put into words how I felt as I was floating because each minute that went by I wanted to get up and scream with excitement. I chose to continue to lay there and pray as good as I was feeling please God let me feel this way when I get out of here. Once I got out of the tank I was so pleasantly surprised that I still was feeling pain free. It was a very emotional moment for me. Brought me to tears of joy. I can’t thank these two amazing people for the opportunity as well as bringing something so wonderful to our community. Please do yourselves a favor and go experience this beautiful place. P.S. it’s the next day and I am feeling like a new woman.

This is amazing, I was able to float for the 2nd time last night and it actually gets better each time. It is totally helping me learn to relax! I felt like I was in a meditative state last night! That was an absolutely incredible first float experience. It’s hard to describe the silence and calm, but it felt like everything literally slowed down. My entire mind and body just took a break. The sensation of floating on top of 11″ of water was surreal and it took complete control. It felt so energizing afterwards but then let me sleep an entire evening for the first time in forever. I can’t wait to do it again! Thank you so much Tammy, Terry and the entire Aqua Spa team!

What a ‘Guilty Pleasure’ this place is going to be for me !! I was given the opportunity tonight to try my first ‘float’ experience and let’s just say it most definitely won’t be my last…it was awesome!! Thanks to everyone there for their hospitality.
I had a 60min float for the 1st time tonight, and although it is a learning experience and takes a couple times to get comfortable and used to actually floating, the after affects are amazing! I feel very light on my feet, clear minded, am breathing better and just feel completely at ease and relaxed, special credit to my sister and the whole staff for making it comfortable and relaxing, this place is going to go far and the people who spend time here are going to feel much better and healthier as a result, oh and don’t knock it after the 1st experience, it takes a couple sessions to get the full affect and is worth the time!! Definitely will be making regular sessions.
What an experience! First time floating last night and I will definitely be back. I was so impressed with the way they have transformed this space – the state of the art equipment, the attentive staff, the incredible filtration process, it was all incredible. Not to mention the way you feel when you step out of the float center. Highly highly recommend!
Just wanted to comment on my experience floating yesterday. It was amazing but I wasn’t surprised as I have known the owners, Tammy and Terry for years. Aqua Spa is a real reflection of them. It’s cool, hip, warm and friendly. My experience was extremely relaxing. I slept like a baby after. How lucky Oswego is to have a sanctuary like this in the middle of their city. Aqua Spa will become a destination. Truly awesome.
I was a lucky girl and got to experience an hour of pure Zen tonight! I have never floated before and the experience was unlike anything I have tried. Brain off, body weightless, pure delicious relaxation! You MUST check out the Aqua Spa. The space is gorgeous and the staff and owners are super friendly and professional. I recently had the privilege to try floating at the Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique. My body loved it and was incredibly relaxed in the zero-gravity experience, my brain however was a little slower to catch on but eventually, I was able to calm my mind. After, I felt better than I have in an awfully long time, aches and pains were gone. I look forward to floating again soon!

It is a wonderful place that I can’t wait to visit when it is 100% up and running. I went for a 60 minute float and what an experience. My first time floating was a totally incredible experience. The staff at the Aqua Spa Float Center are all simply amazing. Prior to our first visits, they shared a video with us so we knew exactly what to expect for our first float. When we arrived, they greeted us with so much kindness and were so welcoming. From beginning to end, it was the best experience. Being able to turn off all the outside noise of the day and simply be, was amazing! You owe it to yourself to book a session soon! You won’t be disappointed. This little gem is a true treasure to our little community.
This was our first experience with a float tank, and “I” was a little apprehensive. We were greeted by our Float Ambassadors upon arrival who made us feel right at home. They walked us through the whole process of the Float and answered any questions we had. They gave us a quick tour of the Facility which is state of the art. After the tour we were escorted to our Tank rooms. The rooms are large, private and well thought out. After a brief orientation we were left to our one hour float. One hour is enough time to get acclimated to the environment, relax, and enjoy the benefits of floating. At the end of the hour we were greeted by our Float Ambassador and shared details of our experience. It was a relaxing, rejuvenating experience that we intend to repeat again soon. We had a restful night sleep and woke the next morning feeling great. We highly recommend others to give it a try.
Thank you Terry, Tammy and Aqua Spa staff for a wonderful experience last night! The float suite was great! I felt like I was light as a feather, relaxed and with no worries for 1 hour! The staff was very nice and well informed and answered any questions I had. I felt great when I left the spa and I had a very restful nights sleep! The thing I noticed the most is when I got up this morning was my body wasn’t stiff and achy! Absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be back! Thanks again! You guys rock!
In 2013 I had a brain tumor removed that ultimately saved my life, since this time I have had daily head pain (to be expected) but last night as I was floating I felt almost like a snap start in my neck and travel up to the top of my head where the surgery took place, the amount of pain relief that it instantly gave me was astonishing. I feel like my eyes are more open, my range of motion is better and my overall aura is better. I’ve only been this one time (so far) but I’m so excited to see where else this amazing place and people can take me, on this journey of helping my mind, body, and soul heal.
