  • Booking your piercing appointment is easy! You can schedule online through our website or give us a call at 315.207.2080. We recommend booking in advance, as our schedule tends to fill up quickly. Piercing is available select dates by appointment only.

  • Yes, a valid photo ID is required for all piercing services. Accepted forms include:

    • Driver’s License
    • State ID
    • Passport

    For minors, additional documentation and a legal guardian may be required. Piercers reserve the right to cancel your appointment if proper identification is not presented. Contact us for details.

  • Piercing service fees vary depending on the location and complexity. You’re welcome to contact us or visit in person for an exact quote. Jewelry is priced separately.

    Our piercing service costs are as follows:

    • Earlobes – $30
    • Cartilage – $45
    • Eyebrow – $45
    • Nostril – $40
    • Septum – $45
    • Nipple – $45
    • Navel – $45
    • Dermal – $80
  • Our jewelry collection includes a wide range of styles and price points, starting at $25. Labret costs are separate. We’re happy to help you find something beautiful that suits both your anatomy and your budget. All our pieces meet the highest quality standards to promote safe and successful healing.

  • We only pierce with jewelry that meets the standards of the Association of Professional Piercers (APP) and is ASTM certified. This includes implant-grade titanium and 14k or 18k nickel-free gold. These materials are chosen for their safety, comfort, and biocompatibility—just like what’s used in medical implants.

  • No piercing guns—ever.

    We use sterile, single-use needles and follow strict hygiene protocols. All tools and jewelry are sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave. Our highly trained piercers follow best practices to ensure a safe, clean experience with optimal healing.

  • For most clients, 1–2 piercings at a time is ideal for comfortable healing. Depending on your anatomy and previous experience, we may agree to do 3. Your piercer will guide you based on your unique situation.

  • Your aftercare instructions are linked in your receipt email, and you can also view them anytime here. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help.

  • We don’t pierce with outside jewelry. This is to ensure your jewelry meets the safety and quality standards set by the APP.

    We offer a wide selection of vetted, biocompatible jewelry, and our team is happy to help you choose the right piece for your new piercing.

  • We’re here for you every step of the way! If you notice anything unusual, please call us at 315.207.2080. That way, we can give you the most accurate advice.

  • If you purchase jewelry from us, the change is free.

    We don’t typically service jewelry  from other vendors, but we can assess on a case-by-case basis. Our piercers will also walk you through how your jewelry works so you feel confident handling it on your own.
